RTA 2023 New Year Traffic Plan 3D Video
In 2021, we partnered again with RTA Dubai to create a refreshed and innovative 3D mapping video for the New Year’s Eve traffic plan. Building on our previous success, this project introduced a modernized concept that emphasized simplicity and clarity while maintaining the high visual impact Dubai’s residents and visitors expect. Once again, the challenge lay in adapting to a finalized traffic plan just three days before the event, a task that required exceptional agility and creative problem-solving.

Challenge:
Reimagining the New Year’s Eve traffic plan video with a fresh perspective while adhering to a tight timeline. The need to wait for last-minute approvals from city authorities just three days prior to the event added layers of complexity, demanding a balance between creativity and precision.
Solution:
We developed a sleek and modern design language for the video, incorporating fresh animations and intuitive visuals that were both engaging and easy to follow. By creating modular components and maintaining close communication with RTA, we were able to swiftly integrate the final traffic plan updates without disrupting the creative flow. This ensured a seamless production process, even under time constraints.
Final Result
The revamped 2021 video set a new standard for RTA’s communication initiatives. Its clear, concise, and visually stunning presentation enhanced public understanding of the traffic plan, earning positive feedback from both the public and stakeholders.
